Month four of our pasta club series. Welcome new comers and to those returning, we hope you are close to perfecting your recipe. This month we are travelling to Emilia Romagna, the birthplace of Prosciutto Parma, Parmigiano Reggiano and the delicate Tortelloni.
After an arrival drink, Nick Bergin will demonstrate a seasonal thread of regional food at its best. Follow Nick’s guidance and master your own handcrafted tortelloni pasta, from scratch. Devour a three-course feast, designed for sharing, and a dessert to complete your evening. Paired wines available for purchase on the night to perfect each dish.

Policy for all events are outlined below:
Event Changes: If unforeseen circumstances require us to change or cancel an event, Mercato will happily reimburse the full cost of your ticket.
Cancellations:
7 days or more from event: Mercato will provide store credit equivalent to the full cost of your ticket for cancellations that occur from the time you purchase your ticket up to 7 days before the event.
Within 7 days of event: Event bookings cancelled within 7 days of the event date are strictly non-refundable.
